Where do i gain access to the drain tube its clogged, and water is pooling at the bottom of the unit, is it in the refrigerator at the top or the back of the freezer?

Remove the floor in the freezer. Remove the back panel. The drain is located under the evaporator coil and, most likely it's frozen. You can use a hair dryer to defrost it and hot water to run through. Here are the break down diagrams for the Roper refrigerator Model RT21LMXKQ02Gene.

exactly right. You have to take off the back panel and there is a metal strip on the bottom. Just right of center is the drain hole that connects to the drain tube that leads to the bottom holder tray. I used a hair dryer combined with microwaved hot water for a period of 30 mins. My drain hole was frozen over as was most of the base of my freezer. Thanks for all the info.
