We were told the tube is probably frozen and needs to be defrosted and cleaned. Is this the problem? We get continuous water accumulating on the bottom of the freezer underneath the drawer. Thank you!!

Also clean/check the drip tray under the unit. Often the drain can get clogged with dust and pet hair.
