I have noticed a puddle of water under the freezer side and there is an accumulation of ice in the freezer bottom. I believe the drain tube may have a clog. Can you tell me where the drain tube empties out so that I may check for a clog. Any other suggestions would be welcome as i am trying to troubleshoot. thank you, Mark

Normally it is not necessary to access the drain from the bottom just clean it out from the top. Remove all the ice then use a turkey baser to force hot water down the drain until water flows freely. You should see the drain hole in the back/bottom of the freezer once you remove all the ice. Hope this helps! Refrigerator repair guide
