My side by side refrigerator/ freezer has an automatic icemaker and water dispenser. I have noticed a puddle of water under the freezer side and there is an accumulation of ice in the freezer bottom. I believe the drain tube may have a clog. Can you tell me where the drain tube empties out so that I may check for a clog. Any other suggestions would be welcome as i am trying to troubleshoot.
thank you, Mark

The drain goes into a pan under the bottom. Normally it is not necessary to access the drain from the bottom just clean it out from the top. Remove all the ice then use a turkey baser to force hot water down the drain until water flows freely. You should see the drain hole in the back/bottom of the freezer once you remove all the ice. Hope this helps! Refrigerator repair guide

Check #16 in the diagram to see if it's plugged.

I don’t think this is the correct parts breakdown. Correct me if I am wrong but his refrigerator is an older GE refrigerator. I was assuming the model number was TFX25CR instead of GETXF25CR.
