Remove the panel at the rear of the freezer compartment. The drain should be located beneath the evaporator coils.

If you can't see the mounting screws for your ice maker, you may need to remove the face cover. It just pops off. Then, there should be two screws holding the ice maker to the side wall of the freezer. You con't need to completely remove them; just loosen them and the unit will lift up off of them. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the ice maker.
Then there should be four screws holding the panel at the rear of the freezer compartment. All the screws are typically 1/4 inch hex drive. The panel usually, then, just lifts up and rocks out to expose the evaporator coil and the defrost components. The drain is about the size of a pencil, underneath the coil and in the center of the compartment.
You can test it with a funnel and some hot water. You can usually hear if the water is trickling into the drip pan. If you don't hear it going through, the tube may be clogged. You'll need a wire or a brush to dislodge the clog. Be gentle and patient. You don't want to puncture the tube. It is made of a soft material. If the clog is ice, hot water will work to dissolve it.
