We just purchased a new icemaker part # D7824706Q.
Our water hose is in the back of our original icemaker, this model has a hole on the side for the water hose.
It looks like it might be universal, the back looks like its scored for removal can we knock that out to make it a back feed for our hose?
What do we do about the hole on the side? Will water run through it?
When we remove the old unit does the new unit just plug in? No visable wire harness.
Please Advise any advise will be helpful
