Yesterday my unit buzzed loudly for a few seconds then quit running. I discovered it had tripped the breaker and the defrost heater had blown in to. I replaced the defrost heater today. Plugged unit back in. It has been running for over 5 hours now and is no cooler than when I plugged it in. I know the evaporator fan is running. What do I need to check now? Thanks in advance!

Your model number seems to be missing a couple digits at the end.
Below is what comes up when I search using the number you gave. Take a look at the Matching Model Numbers. Most parts in this series should be the same but it would be good to know for sure that we are looking at the correct model.
Parts for FRS26ZTH - AppliancePartsPros.com

I looked at a couple of them, they had the compressor, the condenser/compressor fan and the evaporator/freezer fan all wired in parallel.
Since the evaporator fan is running, check that the condenser fan is also on.
If yes then check that the compressor is on. You can usually hear it but also should be able to feel it vibrating

Where do I find the complete model number? That's the only number on the sticker inside the fridge.

It should be on that tag. The last couple digits may be separate from the other numbers.

If you cannot find it then we can just pick one of the units.
Usually the wiring in the units will be a close match.
