Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/2/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		The Fridge and freezer are both cooling just not all the way and there is some frost on the back wall. What should i do? I have already made sure both fans are working properly and cleaned the coils under the fridge. thx for any help

If total heavy frost, you have a defrost problem. If so, remove the control panel and turn the defrost timer till the compressor stops running. If you get no defrost action, you have a bad defrost thermostat or a bad heater.
