Touchpad wont hold changes for any functions ie. heat, clock timer etc..... We had an incredible lightning storm w/poer going on & off...Possibly zapped?????
Any direction appreciated ......

Mirmax, Sounds like the clock is bad. On this model, the touch pad (overlay) is just a sticker that goes on the clock, it's not an electrical component. But because you won't be able to re-use the old touch pad, you'll have to get both the clock and the touch pad. Look at both #20s on this diagram. Let me know how it goes.
