The washer completes the wash cycle, drains the wash water and refills with rinse water, then stops. It will not tumble the rinse water, nor drain it - nothing happens. At the point when everything stops, both red lights on the control panel flash. The pump works fine draining the wash water and I replaced the motor brushes. Ideas?

I have the same model, and it's doing the same thing. Nothing is in the drain pump. How can I fix this?

Well, I have the same problem, my keymore washer do the cycle, drains and refill then stop, I have to turn the dial all the way to where stop and then finish the wash, anyone has an idea of what could be the problem?
