Can someone help with a parts sheet or give me some advise as to how I would diagonose and repair this loose tub? I suspect the dampers but I can't figure out how to even get the top off to look!:)

Thanks in advance. Ron

This site will show you how to take off the cabinet to inspect it. Check the springs and the support plate.

Thanks sidfink. I have already removed the cabinet. All the springs are attached. I don't know what to look for other than that. As for the support plate.. same thing applies I don't know what I'm looking for. The whole unit ( motor, pump and plate seems to move very freely) I don't know how it all should feel normaly.:( Also I removed the drive block and inspected it.... it seems OK but yet again what's OK?:D

Look at the pads on the plate, but even if they are worn and need replacing I would also replace the springs. It is an easy and inexpensive process. Many times they are bad, but it is not noticeable to the ********** eye.
