I cannot get a burner to light. I have switched the potentiometers and the problem stays with the same burner that does not light... What can i do next ..... thank you P.S. this is one of the XLO burners:rolleyes:

Does it click and/or spark when you turn it ON?

yes it does click as do all of them. there is no gas going into the burner. thank you for answering..........

ok, and thanks for all of your help. now i have another situation in that i can not find the gas simmer control valve model #SQ003 for my oven/range.. any help out there? thanks in advance:rolleyes: PS Thermador claims that they do not have this or a replacement for it....YIKES. what am i suppose to do? take it to the curb for trash pick up? i think i found it thanks to gene. bosch ap3672574

Well I've finally had the time to replace the new simmer control and we have the same problem. What's next?

Have you checked the solenoid for this burner?
If you had, what was the result?
