Hello, Remove the washer cabinet. Check the wire connector at the timer for tight connection and/or burned wires. If there is any sign of overheating, replace the timer and fix a damaged wires. Check the wires at the motor plug. Remove the pump from the motor shaft. Bypass the lid switch and run the washer on the drain/spin cycle. If it will work, replace the pump. Otherwise remove the motor and put it aside. Keep all wires connected to the motor and give it a try on the drain/spin cycle. It's a good time to check the motor drive coupling too. If it would not work, replace the motor. If it will work, turn the transmission shaft CW to see if it's not locked. You can use a pliers because it can be hard to turn it. If the transmission (gearcase) is locked, replace it. - The timer Part number: 8546681
