Does not operate! With door closed it shows error code F6 and makes a hum noise and emits an oder

Chris,
the F6 error display indicates and issue with the relay on the control board " F6 Microwave relay failure > Check wiring to Relay 4903 for short circuits.

2.
If wiring is OK, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.  Replace electronic control."

It could also be the reason for the hum noise and odor.
