I am trying to replace a lid switch, part number 3949237 which has been replaced with part number 3949247. The difference is the wiring plug that plugs into the control panel are different. The old one has square terminals, and the new one has round ones. I have tried to find the old part, and cannot. I have taken it apart, and had new one installed until I noticed the difference, any ideas?

There are different plug ends on these switches. Get back with the seller and get them to send you to right one.
If all else fails, and it shouldn't, you can also cut off the plugs, strip the wires and wire it in direct. Just make sure you get the right wires together and that the connection is done professionally with a crimping tool and connector.
