Could you please try again, the serial and model plate is usually, attached to the front frame , when you open the oven doors, it could also be under the removable oven bottom panel, if it's that old. But, based on your info, You most likely have a bad bake burner valve and/or thermocouple, since you have a pilot . Thanks, :) :) :)
