microwave arcs when turned on. An inside screw that holds the inside rails for the inside rack seems to have lost it's insulating paint for one of the screws , needs to be painted repainted to stop the arcing. I need that paint.:D

Clean the damaged surface with a sandpaper. You can use any of these paints or any other microwave cavity paint.
