Sounds like the problem is a bad flame sensor.

- The flame sensor Part number: WE4X448

Sure will and Appliance Parts Pros are coming in $12.00 less on the part which is a lot on a $57.00 part from our local supplier and as your site mentions 365 days returns on all parts, which most will not take back electrical gas etc. Jeff

Hi Gene, I'm back well I didn't even get to order the flame sensor that was going to be tomorrow, and the dyer completely stopped again No heat. No ignitor glow etc. So while at the store I did pick up a multimeter figured it wouldn't hurt to have one around. Plus I could check everything pretty much. Anyway I checked all the thermostats etc high limit ,flame sensor I'm getting continuity on all. So I checked the ignitor and that has no continuity so I am assuming its no good. From everything that I have read. This sound correct...as everything else checked out or am I missing something Gene.? thanks Jeff

Hi Jeff,

If the igniter shows no continuity than it is definitely bad and has to be replaced. I'm still suspecting the flame sensor too.

- The igniter Part number: WE4X739
Part number: WE4X739
