The custom cool section is not design to keep any vegetables in it. According to the Owner's manual (page 7), "the Custom Cool feature is used to quickly chill items, thaw items or hold the pan at a specific temperature". The vegetable pan has the humidity control and is shown as #407 at the diagram. Place vegetables in the correct crisper and watch them. If they will freezing, post it and we will proceed with troubleshooting. Gene.

The fan is for the custom cool section and that's what I ordered from you guys and have received. The fan does not run; temps in both freezer and FF side are higher than normal after over night testing. What's the problem and how do I fix it? Thanks, Mark

Remove the cover and clean the condenser coils. Are the fans next to the compressor and inside the freezer running? Remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check how the evaporator coils are covered with frost. Gene.

I'm having trouble getting the rear panel off the freezer section. Even pulling the shelf slides out doesn't give me enough room to get the sheet metal cover off w/o bending it. How does this turkey come apart?? Thanks, Mark
