I acquired this fridge in its current condition, it's about 18 months old and has been in storage about 8 months. Self diagnostics reports no errors. All lights and LEDs work. Compressor and fan run, but compressor never gets warm/hot. Evaporator coils never get cold and their fans never run. I read the PCB's were sensitive and replaced it with a board I ordered from you, but that didn't help. I'm thinking maybe the compressor relay, would that make sense? Thanks in advance for youe assistance.

Does that sound like the most likely problem?

Is the compressor vibrating and the condenser coils getting warm. If not, you have a bad start device. If vibrating, you probably have a bad refrigerant leak.

The compressor does vibrate. After 5 minutes of running, none of the lines out of the compressor are warm. I checked continuity from the three contacts on the starter relay to the compressor body and they all showed open. I checked between the contacts themselves and they all showed continuity. Freon leak?

Sure seems like a bad compressor/refrigerant leak.
