My built in microwave appears to work but it does not heat. What do you think is wrong?

Can you be more specific on all functions and noises, please?
Gene.

Hi. All functions seem like they are working, lights are on, sounds like motor is running, but when you take out what you are trying to microwave, it is cold. Has not made any strange noises or had any unusual odors. Thanks

Open the control panel, remove the wires from the high voltage transformer primary windings and check for 120 VAC between these wires while the control calls for heat and the door is closed. If there is 120 VAC then the problem is a bad magnetron. If there is no 120 VAC then the control board has gone bad. Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire microwave Model FMT148GPB2Gene.
