I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried AppliancePartsPros and the Whirlpool sites.
Please check it.

Also what are the part number/s that you ordered.

Here are your parts.
I could not find a VWH4 so the following is a VWH3 they are probably the same.
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KUDS30IVWH3 UNDERCOUNTER DISHWASHER | AppliancePartsPros.com

W10250016 is the Panel Ctrl (control panel).
It should be basically the keyboard.
The hosing with the keyboard installed and a ribbon cable coming out of the keyboard which plugs into the control board.

If you want the Control Board then it is AP4564002.

ok--thanks--
how does one tell what part is bad? i guess plug & play will tell, right? do you buy both panel & keyboard to be safe? first time with your guidance- existing one looks like keyboard plugs in back of control board & board looks semi-fixed in place withbracket-like tabs; does not look like a simple snap-in removable setup; any hints? thanks! (getting close to holiday dishes and panicking):(

The usual way to troubleshoot theses parts is to disconnect the keypad (panel) from the control board and then check the keys at the ribbon cable with a meter. If it checks out OK then replace the control board first.
Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.

Sometimes the following works for bad keys or no keys.
Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.

I have been trying to upload the tech sheet to you but it fails. Could be a problem with this site, I will try again later today.

In any case it is usually taped to the back of the kick plate.

Sorry I do not follow the second part of your post.
On many units the board just snaps onto the front panel. Some units also have screw/s. If it is snapped on just be gentle as yuou do not want to break the snaps.

Well I have been able to attach files to other posts but cannot add an attachment to yours.
have tried several times with different file downloads without success.

So hopefully the tech sheet is under the unit.
