I tried to start normal wash, heated dry and Start... no lights.. However, in trying all options, delay will light and go from 2 to 4 to 6 and and Hi temp lights and sanitize and have been trying for several days. So there is power to it. We were thinking this morning of unplugging so as to reboot (similar to solving computer problems)
But am thinking the outlet is behind the unit... Can anyone help???

If you want to start by a power reset, make sure you power off for 30 minutes, at least. You most likely have an issue with the keypads on the control panel, you may want to consider that if the power reset doesn't solve the issue.
Good Luck, :) :) :)

Thanks, we shut the circuit breaker off and waited more than 30 minutes and same condition.. You mentioned a possibility of key pad problems.. How is that solved?

Tivnan, You'd have to replace the control panel / keypad assembly, thats going to depend on the model and serial number, you forgot to post a proper model number. :) :) :)

It should be MDB four numbers, then 3 letters. and then the serial number. The production tag should be located on the tub in the upper left hand corner, or the left side of the opening, when you open the dishwasher door. My guess would be $100.00 to $150.00 depending on how eleborate the control panel selection is. :) :) :)

As for multiple failures of a new component, it can happen, but it is not the norm, proper installation , usage and cleaning is the most important part. :) :) :)
