Hello everyone.

I have a Maytag Washer Machine that is giving me some difficulty. A storm came through and knocked down a power line to my house causing voltage fluctuation. When I tried running the washer (yes, I know dumb idea) the motor was struggling and it couldn't get enough power to do anything so all it did was hum and then went quiet. After my power was fixed I tried again, but nothing. I assumed it was the motor after reading similar posts about the issue. But after putting in a replacement motor I'm still not getting anything different. The washer will fill with water, but nothing happens after that.

Is there a fuse or anything else inside this washer that might have failed during the low voltage? My dryer is on the same circuit and it runs fine.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
