Please furnish step by step instructions on removing and replacing the turntable motor and adapter that sits under the glass turntable plate...

Please also furnish your item/part numbers for both the turntable motor and the three sided "D" shaft adapter

Turntable is lurching and making a grinding noise but is still turning

Thanks much in advance

Frank,

Here are the part numbers you requested,

Part number: AP2632784
Part number: AP2632784

Part number: AP3791385
Part number: AP3791385

And here's a general repalcement procedure,
(there's not much information)

Disconnect the power cord, or power to the unit.
Remove the turntable plate, and carriage(if equipped) and drive coupling from cavity.

Turntable Motor Removal
Remove screws from the bottom of the
microwave oven cabinet and remove the bottom
plate.
Remove the screw, then rotate the motor CCW 1/
8 turn. Remove the turntable motor. Disconnect 2
wires from the motor.
Reverse procedure and test unit.

We hope this helps,

Good Luck,
:) :) :)
