I had to cook my oatmeal by pressing the "add 30 sec" key 4 times this morning. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem without spending more than a new microwave would cost?:)

The model number you posted does not come up. If you need the correct part number then verify the model number and repost it. Post the color of the control panel as well. Gene.

Or it takes me to a HELP menu, does not respond to what is touched. I cut of circuit breaker, took offline unplugged 5min, nothing it pops up to set clock, but goes to help menu when I push anything. Appreciate this OUT OF WARRANTY assistance
