Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/10/2008(UTC) Posts: 2		I have a whirlpool dryer model# lec7848dq1. It has 3 running modes: Timed Drying, Fluff Air, and Electronic dry miser. It runs in the first 2 modes, but not in dry miser. Am I correct in assuming the timer control is NG? Perhaps the miser mode contact is burnt out as we use that mode the most?

If there is no continuity then replace the timer. - The part number for the timer is AP2973903 Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool dryer Model LEC7848DQ1 Gene.
