Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for a hairline cracks, using a magnifying glass. Clean the edge with a pencil eraser. Clean the connector on the board, using an electronic contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Make sure it's dry before reconnecting. Reconnect everything and give it a try. If it would not help, replace the control panel. - The control panel Part number: AP4416920 Here is the Service manual. Is itpossible that the strips are the problem? Do I need to replace the whole pannel or can I buy the strips only. Thanks,
