Check if there is 120VAC to the turntable motor while the control calls for heat. If there is no proper voltage and there is nothing wrong with the wires, then the control board is bad. The part number for the control board is in the above post.

Is there a new microwave replacement that will fit within the same footprint as the GE 191d2356g002? I would not mine upgrading if I can use the same oven.
