So my Roper Washing machine has stopped filling with cold water. I have already replaced the cold water inlet valve and checked that the hose is clear. Still, nothing. It fills with hot water just fine. I don't have the manual to look up the diagrams for the wires either. Any ideas? Please help.

How did you replace the cold water inlet valve if it does not come separately? You have to replace the whole inlet valve assembly which includes hot and cold inlet valves, thermistor, vacuum break and wiring harness if there is something wrong with any of inlet valves or thermistor.

You also may want to check for continuity between the terminals 4 & 7 on the ATC (automatic temperature control) switch (#35 on the diagram) when it calls for cold water. If there is no continuity, the switch would need to be replaced.
