I haven't seen this question before. I can't get the rinse agent (Jet Dry) to go into the dispenser. It just sits there in the top and doesn't go any further. The gage says it's empty. I tried running the dishwasher with the cap off and 2 cups of vinegar inside, but no change. Thanks!

Sorry but I cannot find any info on the given model number. I tried here, Whirlpool and Sears with no luck.
If this is not a USA model I probably will not be able to find any info.
Are you sure that the number you gave is not the part number for the manual?
All I can suggest is that you look into the dis penser and see if there is some type of valve or a clogged filter that is preventing you from filling it.
If it is a valve try pushing it down or pulling it up to see if it will let the rinse aid in. |
