Dryer was running fine and when I went in to check on some bedding that was being dried I noticed it wasnt quite dry and the dryer itself was very warm. I added time to the cycle and hit start and the unit just "clicked". Hit it a few more times and again just clicks. All lights and timer are on. If I wait about 30-45 minutes it will once again run and do about a cycle before it gets to warm and the same thing repeats.
I pulled the dryer out and vacuumed out the exhaust and cleaned out the outside vent. Tested to see if the dryer exhaust was working and it is blowing strong from the dryer when it runs.
Any thoughts?

Just to add, I started a test cycle a few minutes ago and went to the outside vent to ensure it was venting fine all the way out and it is blowing plenty of warm air to the outside.
