Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/19/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		The dryer will be set in automatic mode- it gets stuck and won't advance beyond certain point and dryer continues to dry with heat. I tried timer setting on 30 min and 20 min and it ran, cooled and turned off. Any tests, checks or other I can check to try and fix this? I don't want to have a fire hazard but with many boys at home, the appliance is needed. Thanks!:)

If they are dirty/gummed up and shorting out, the electronic moisture sensor control will think the laundry is still wet.
