My washer does'nt spin.It washes,drains but does'nt spin.The only time it spins is when it is empty.I replaced the electronic board on top.I got it to spin twice with 2 towles in it in about 10 tries. Ser# is HLT4353286.

See if you can find the tech notes with trouble shooting routines, either under the top or inside the bottom panel.

A probable cause is your motor control board, but it is very expensive and you do not want to replace it unless you are sure that is the problem.

I got the tech notes and ran A diagnostic test and everything worked it would even spin at high speed. I cant get A erroe code. Plus now I can't make it run the clean washer cycle without A F34 code with nothing in it.

Well, based on this information I would suspect the main board, but you have already replaced it.

It is possible, maybe even likely the main board you received was defective, and I would see if you can get an exchange on it. That way you will either have it fixed or know for sure the main board is not the problem.

I replaced the ccu board and the touch pad board. What next? There is no change.

See if there is anything in the tech notes about testing the motor control unit.
