The Fridge and freezer are both cooling just not all the way and there is some frost on the back wall. What should i do?

I have already made sure both fans are working properly and cleaned the coils under the fridge.

thx for any help

Remove the back freezer panel and describe the frost pattern. If total heavy frost, you have a defrost problem. If so, remove the control panel and turn the defrost timer till the compressor stops running. If you get no defrost action, you have a bad defrost thermostat or a bad heater.
