most everything in the fridge is freezing. Especially in the door and in the drawers. Side by side model. Have cleaned coils. Have turned down temp settings. Have unplugged and let sit for 2 hours. Today it is freezing again.

OK. Sorry for the hiatus. Back to the fridge problem now.
I have checked temps. Freezer is 20 below zero. Fridge is between 20 and 27 degrees. I have checked temps in several spots inside the fridge.
Fridge seems to be running continuously. Can't remember the fan stopping this week at all.
Thank goodness for Igloo coolers.
Waterline for dispenser is frozen up. Do I need to worry about leaks when it finally thaws?
Thanks to anyone with any ideas.

Hi. Looks like you need a new cold control Part number: 2198202
The 20F below is way too cold. I don't think you should worry about the water leaks. Simon.

Before I order the cold control I want to be sure the damper is ok. I have opened up the damper to watch what happens.
It moves from completely open to ALMOST completely closed when I adjust the FREEZER temperature control knob.
I can't see that it moves at all when I adjust the refrigerator temp.
Do you still think it is the cold control?
Thanks so much for the advice.

Simon, or anyone, what about the damper? Is that normal?
Thanks, Fridger

Hi.
Replace the cold control. You can return any parts you don't need back to the APP.
Simon.
