Everything functions on the microwave works, except it's not heating. My friend used it and a casserole boiled over. When she finished cleaning it, it then would not heat???

Thank you. That's enough information. The problem can be a bad control board or a bad magnetron. You have to have a simple multimeter to do some tests. Let us know when you will be ready. The tech sheet is attached to the post. Gene.
