Oven does not go high enough in temp. In the prebake mode, the oven seems to stop at 200 degrees. I can never go above that temp even though the oven senses it is at the right temp

The model number you posted is incomplete. Verify and repost it please.

Ohm out the oven sensor. The normal reading is 15 Ohms @ 70°F. If the reading is incorrect, replace the oven sensor. If the reading is correct, the problem is a bad oven control board. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued. - The oven sensor Part number: WB21X158

Thank you for your help. The sensor is good. Oh well-time to look for a new oven. Your help was very valuable.
