stove top functions all work, all buttons on keypad work, oven temp adjusts up & down, preheat stays lite, no heat from bottom oven element (bake), or from top element (broil), both stopped working at the same time.

Sounds like your control board may be toast.
Since it stays in preheat the control board knows the temperature is too low but for some reason is not turning the elements on.

I would open up the back and check just to be sure that a wire that is common to both element has not burned off (opened).
Be sure to unplug the unit when doing this.

You may also need a new keyboard overlay, sometimes they do not come off very easily.
