Boomer, We'll presume the cooktop burners and other switches work. If that's the case, you should have 220 - 240 volts into the range. You'll need to remove power to the range, remove the top and bottom cover panels on the back and check the red and black wires into the control and the three wires from the control to both the bake and broil elements, for damage, burns, breaks, etc. If you have a multimeter, you can check the wires for a closed circuit from end to end. You would also want to disconnect the wires at the element terminals and check for a "closed" circuit across the element terminals. If all checks are OK, the issue would be in the ERC/Clock.
