I am trying to help a friend over the phone to repair his refrigerator. The defrost timer is not working but he cannot find where it is located. I have told him most of the places where they are located. I looked up the diagram but they do not show the location. I do commercial refrigeration so I don't run into this very often ifr anyone can help would be appreciated Thanks

there is no part 23 on my diagram 4 if I type in timer and search it comes up part 23 but it still does not show location. thanks

I can see it on my computer. The number on the parts list is f23. On the diagram it's 23. Diagram 4 is the shelves.
