Your call service suggested I request help here .....

This part in my microwave also known as the stirrer cover, or wave guide cover board, is squarish-rectangle in shape and feels like a piece of cardboard covered in a metallic material. My part appears to be the part at Diagram Location #5 in schematic six, 'Magnetron ans Turntable' for my particular model.

I've attached three photos of my actual part both installed and removed from my microwave.

I've also attached your product photo, which are the parts I received when I placed the order. These two round plastic parts, glue and sand paper are much different than the part I need to replace and the squarish rectangle shown in your schematic six. I have since gone back to the product details and see that the product photo is indeed associated with part #5.

My question is are these round plastic parts the correct replacement for my wave guide cover inlet? If so, exactly how do I install them? Thank you.

Anyone know how long it typically takes to receive a response?

This kit made by Whirlpool as a replacement for the stirrer (inlet) cover. Whirlpool part number for this kit is 8184604 which is APP part number AP3139768. This part number comes up by the model number you posted.

You can find the complete instructions in one of our previous posts: http://forum.appliancepartspros...crowave-inlet-cover.html

Gene, Thank you. Just to clarify then, per the instructions at the link you sent, I will not use the 'yellow' cover it is extra in this kit, correct?

I believe this kit has been designed for a few different models and the white cover is good enough for yours.
