In my Kenmore refrigerator Model # 363.9768581 the ice maker is getting power, but it is not getting water. Does the solenoid (part # AP3189335) need to be replaced? How can I test it to make sure it is the right part to be replaced?

No ice in maker, replaced water valve, maker would not cycle. Jumped L/V got water to mold but no cycle. 120v across T/H and L/M any help. Curt
