The final fill tube may be stopped up with ice. You can twist and pull it out to inspect. The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
A strainer before the inlet valve can also get stopped up restricting flow.

If I understood right there is a white gasket/stopper type coming from the refrig, it has a hard rubber down casing where the rubber hose slides into then on outside a metal clamp holds them together. Can I take the hose off and pull out the rubber down spount and pull it from the outside with out breaking anything????and cleaning it out. I tried to put compressed air in the hole and it did nothing. Sorry for not beiing able to describe it better. Thanks:) I do not understand about thread
