Would the inner tub spin if you'll help with your hands?

No, when I try to help the washer spin with my hands, the machine still does not spin (after closing the lid switch of course).
My washer is sounding most like this description you previously wrote in this thread - "If does agitate and drain but does not spin at all then it could be a bad drive block, a bad clutch or a bad transmission (the transmission should be under the limited manufacturer warranty)."
What do you suggest to try first?

Hi Ryan, Sorry for the delay. I would recommend to check the clutch first. In order to access the clutch you have to remove the transmission. You can find the complete disassembly instructions in the Service manual. Here are the break down diagrams for the Roper washer Model RAX7245KQ0Gene.
