I have this washer machine that seems to work in all cycles.....except for the spinning of the drum. The motor runs. The timer seems to advance. The water fills and drains. Any ideas for me? I'd like to diagnose the problem and fix it if possible.:) :D

Remove panel screws and tilt back, now remove outer cover of washer, remove pump and motor. Turn tranny coupler clockwise till drum turns. If very hard to turn you either have dragging brake shoes, or something stuck in the tub. If easy to turn, you have a worn out clutch or bad spin basket drive block. Please post results.
