My oven (Whirlpool RF378PXG Q1) recently stopped working. The stove top works fine.
The oven itself was working great too then one day ... nothing. Neither element seems to work.
There are NO codes showing in the electronic display. When looking at the display, it appears as if everything is working fine. It shows the oven preheating... does the countdown .. the timer works.. everything.. except the oven will not heat up.
My guess is it is the thermal fuse or maybe the elements, but since both elements stopped "working" at the same time I think that would be a HUGE coincidence.
Any ideas??? :confused:

It does not look like it has a thermal cut-off.
I would unplug the unit and remove the back to check for a burned out wire.

I am assuming you tried it on broil and that also did not work.

Unfortunately I would put the control board at the top of the list.
