Hello: The Way of Drum Installed (Suspended Method) The drum of this washer is NOT fixed to the frame but being supported by four shock absorbers and suspended by two springs. Observations Upon two observations that (1) noise during spinning and (2) a tilted drum backward (visible recognition) as oppose to be parallel with the floor, I would like to ask you whether the main problem is caused by the malfunctioning of shock absorber and/or spring. Appreciation for Your Help If you think it could be the case, I would appreciate you for the detail instruction to replace the shock absorber and the springs. Thank you. Kun

The tub on these are suppose to lean to the back. What kind of noise are you getting? Where does it sound like it's coming from? Thanks.
