LoL :) about the sledge hammer...I think your problem may be something getting jammed in the pump impeller, you will need to remove the drain pump to check.

I took pump out and appears to be ok. Still the same problem. Is there a selanoid or switch that would keep the pump from draining at the right time. You mentioned a 5 minute limitation on the pump.
Any other ideas
