Washer leaks massive amount of water on the floor during spin cycle only. I think it's only during large loads. It doesn't appear to be coming from the drain hose, but from underneath. What can I do to diagnose the problem? What are the most likely causes? Thanks!

Deborah Deborah, A proper model and serial number would help. But based on your description, Remove the washer front panel,( 2, 5/16 inch screws on the bottom corners of the front panel, swing the panel out at the bottom until the top clips release). Run the washer through a cycle until it starts to leak, Most likely you'll need to look on the bottom center of the tub assembly for water leaking down the transmission or out the rubber seal . (tub bearing and seal assembly(s). You will be able to see all of the interior hoses and connections and should be able to track your leak down from there. Drop us a line, if you need more nassistance. :) :) :)
