You also have a fan in the freezer called the evaporator fan. It can be loud if it's wore out or it can be hitting ice build up. In which case you may have a defrost problem. Here's a diagram of your fan. It appears to be in the top behind a cover on the back.

So I turned off the breaker to the frig.... and when I turned it back on the noise was gone ... and is still gone. Maybe there was a piece if ice in the fan?

How would I know if I have a heater problem??

It seem to be maybe a fan loose on the shaft or maybe a loose motor mount. When you gain access to it you might be able to see why it makes a noise at times. I don't think the heater would cause it.
